I recently had to change the IP Address of a Netbackup Master server, and came into issues with browsing polices and configuration.
I checked all of the obvious things like host files, DNS etc. I then found that the issue cause caused by Netbackup host cache.
To clear this, run the following command from the admincmd directory.
bpclntcmd -clear_host_cache
